Welcome to Casa Montaña y Mar—a breathtaking Boho Lux villa designed by Vastu Villa Studio—where the serene beauty of nature meets contemporary luxury. Its prime location, among lush palm trees and mountain and ocean views, sure is a plus factor. The interior features earthy tones and boho charm. Simultaneously, the textured walls, elegant furnishings, and unique lighting fixtures, such as tassel chandeliers, create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Whether lounging by the sleek poolside or enjoying the airy, sunlit spaces, Casa Montaña y Mar offers an idyllic escape!
The view of the palm trees and mountains—paired with the wooden accents for the home—set just the right tone for the interior.
The living area in this villa is a boho-inspired haven. The walls are clad in wood panels and complemented by massive pieces of artwork. We love how the space smartly mixes furniture. Basically, a blend of modern furniture with more artisanal, kind of rustic, pieces.

In the kitchen, the backsplash and island use the same luxe marble. This creates a cohesive look. The long, hanging tassels—in the form of chandeliers—are the statement feature in the dining area.
The striking feature wall behind the bed has a stacked wood pattern. Its strategic position means it also acts as a partial divider. The floating black console is paired with a round mirror, while the open closet seamlessly integrates into the design. We especially love the large windows—fully leveraging the stunning outdoor views.
A bathroom? Nah, a spa! The freestanding bathtub and large potted plant make sure all your worries melt away as you get in for a soak.
Wooden features and plenty of light bring this room to life. The asymmetrical nightstand—placed under two interesting pendant lights—steal the show. Again, a wooden wall adds interest and acts as a divider.
This bathroom says BOHO in so many ways—especially through the macrame wall hanging and wooden wall. The double vanity makes sure you and your partner get enough room to dress up.
In this bedroom, a macrame wall hanging takes center stage. This is paired with a neutral palette and understated, comfy furnishings, ensuring maximum functionality.
Another bathroom in this villa uses an organically shaped mirror mounted behind a vessel sink.
This bedroom goes light on the wood, but still keeps the overall vibe bohemian. We see plenty of textures added through a jute rug, leather upholstery, and marble backsplash for the dressing nook.
One of our favorite bathroom designs of all time! The textured walls set the base for the statement wall art and chandeliers.
A quick look at the architectural model of this villa shows an open courtyard and plenty of balcony spaces. The seamless indoor-outdoor flow is what makes residents feel like they’re enjoying the beautiful outdoors, even when inside. A special mention for the flat roof housing solar panels. Talk about being self-sufficient
