We’re especially huge fans of the sophistication that takes over this space while keeping it welcoming. From the sleek floating staircase to the artistic lighting… every corner of this home tells a story of refined taste
The tone is set right as you enter the home. The foyer features wooden tones and a green ottoman—perfect to grab a quick seat as you flip on those shoes. The real scene, however, is set in the open floor plan of the first floor.

Olive green chairs in velvet add opulence to the dining table (a special mention for the large potted plant in the back, tying the space together). The kitchen features a luxurious marble island paired with black leather bar stools—beautifully positioned under sleek rod pendant lights. While the cabinetry in the kitchen is sleek, it does make room for an accent wooden feature. This is highlighted with a layer of lighting under it.
The living room is as inviting as it gets. Varying tones of brown steal the show (and singlehandedly factor in warmth). The entertainment complex is definitely the focal point of the space, bringing together wooden textures, stripes, and a statement marble slab. You’ll get quite a view as you sink into those sofas. (Or perhaps, the accent chairs? They’re as cozy as are stylish!).
Who dreads working when the workstation is as stunning as this space? We sure wouldn’t be able to resist hopping onto the ergonomic chair and working the day away as we enjoyed the beautiful view outdoors! Plus, there’s open shelving to hold essentials. And a comfy yet visually appealing sofa in case you often see visitors. Now that’s something we don’t often see in home workstations.
Walking upstairs, we see a sleek entertainment complex—again inviting you to sit down and have a break. P.S When the eyes are tired of the screen, glimpse to the left for beautiful outdoor vistas
After a tiring day, the bedroom should be one that fully relaxes you. And it sure doesn’t get any better than this. A plush, comfy bed features a lived-in vibe. We see wooden accents on the wall as well as the flooring—both of which are topped with interesting stripes. Talk about keeping it warm yet visually striking! The organically-shaped pendant lights (hanging on only one end of the bed) add a beautiful sense of symmetry.
Homeowners with little ones are going to love this space! A beautiful contrast between apple green and wood bring the room to life, you’d think. That’s correct, but we’d also like to give credit to the giraffe wall print. It makes the ambiance super playful!
The single bed provides enough room for your little one to make themselves comfy. If they tend to sleep while reading nighttime books, the accent table nearby is a great spot to put the book as they doze off. The open shelving, too, provides space to store toys and other items.
And, of course, kids love to have their screen time—and need a spot for their homework; the desk provides ergonomic space for both of these tasks. Finally, the chalkboard is great for displaying a warming message but can also be used to keep the little ones busy.
Finally, let’s move on to the bathrooms. This compact one right here fits a sleek vanity and shower cubicle. It’s functional but space-savvy!
In another bathroom of this modern apartment, a terrazzo floor sets the base for the visually interesting wall tiling. The double vanity is functional, sure, but it simultaneously serves as an accent feature, too!
Last but definitely not the least… the third bathroom, which is no less than a spa. The double vanity features vessel sinks, and black hardware can be seen across the space. You can enjoy a good soak in the freestanding tub—or hop in the shower cubicle for a quick shower. We love how spacy-savvy the sleek toilet is!
